6th-grade students in Ms. Ruffins's ELA class listen to an original poem by our Assistant Principal, Mr. Kelly. Mr. Kelly visited to share his spoken word poem inspired by our class rap battles from our daily reading of Out of the Dust.
Our reading intervention groups dove into fall-themed literacy activities! Our kindergarteners found letter pumpkin cards in the 'pumpkin patch'. They also hunted for pieces to complete their scarecrow puzzle.
